I absolutely LOVE cooking and love eating! My attitude toward food and healthy living is the “everything in moderation” approach. Eating healthily is a big part of my life but i also don’t deprive myself. Everything needs to balance out. So, on this blog I will share recipes that are very healthy and also some that are not so healthy. Filling in the gaps between recipes, I’ll be sharing info and thoughts about my daily life.
I’m also a vegetarian. I have so many great vegan/vegetarian cookbooks that I haven’t explored. I mainly stick to the recipes that I know I love or I just make up my own recipe. One of my goals for this blog is to explore a bit more through these cookbooks and post about my adventures.
Another thing that I’ll be posting about is my wedding! I’m getting married next this October to Today’s Man (Andy) and I will make sure to share the wedding plans on this blog and hopefully get some great ideas from viewers! 🙂
