I often find myself seeing recipes that I would love to try but often forget about them or just never seem to get around to making them. I’m a huge list maker, I make to-do lists all the time, so I’ve decided to make a to-do list for the recipes that I want to make…… the idea here is that by making a list I will be way more motivated to make these recipes. Don’t you just love the feeling of crossing something off a list????
To-do Recipes:
1. Pierogies
2. Pasta from scratch
3. Vegan Macaroni and Cheese
4. Vegan Marshmallows
5. Vegetable Pot Pie
6. Spanikopita
7. Neiman Marcus Cookies
8. Lemon Squares
9. Pumpkin Waffles
10. Pumpkin Butter
11. Scones
12. Black Bean Burgers
13. Pineapple Squares
14. Carrot Cake
15. Lemon Poppyseed Muffins
16. Cinnamon Buns
17. Blondies
18. Raisin Bread
19. Bread Pudding
20. Rice Pudding
21. Flourless Chocolate Cake
22. Pizza Dough
I love this to-do list. I feel like there are always more recipes out there than there is time to cook them! Great idea
Your list is a great idea! I’m always jotting down/saving recipes I want to make as I find them, but then when it’s time to decide what to make for dinner, I can never remember where I put them all. I can’t wait to see how your vegan mac n’ cheese comes out!
I’m a huge list-maker, too! I can’t function without a to-do list or my planner.
If I may suggest a vegan mac & cheese recipe, this one is fan-freaking-tastic: http://veganyumyum.com/2009/01/mac-cheeze-take-2/ I cut down on the butter a tad & use more nutritional yeast because I love it so much, but other than that, the recipe is perfect as is! I also like to add veggies to the mix so I can feel like I’m getting some healthy foods with my indulgence.
I am actually making it for dinner tonight! I can’t wait!
